Advent 2024

Angel Tree Ministry – Choose an angel from the tree, then purchase, wrap, and deliver a gift for a child in foster care!

Las Posadas – Las Posada is translated to mean “The Inn.” It is an old Spanish custom that celebrates Mary and Joseph seeking shelter in Bethlehem on Christmas Eve. In opening your hearts to Mary and Joseph and symbolically opening your home to the homeless of the world, our prayer is that this experience will enrich families’ preparation for the coming of Christ.

Advent Wreath Making – Come to the Parish Hall to create your own Advent Wreath Making Kit and make some special family memories!

Christmas Concert – Featuring inspirational holiday music performed on violin, cello, guitar, and organ. Dec. 22 at 4 p.m., reception following.

Children’s Christmas Pageant – Come experience the pure JOY of the St. John’s children’s Christmas Pageant! Dec. 22 at 9:45 a.m.

Christmas Eve/Day Services – Whether you want to bring the whole family or enjoy a quiet Holy Eucharist, there is a service to fit every need. 5, 7, and 10 p.m.

Christmas Day – come celebrate the birth of Christ with Eucharist and carols. Service starts at 10 a.m.
