Adult Formation for the Easter Season
The Rev. John P. Leach
Sunday mornings at 9:00 am
During the Easter season, we will explore what characterizes the Jesus movement and the Early Church as described in the Acts of the Apostles. We discover the practices of the apostles and those that followed them professing the faith of the Risen Lord. What were the teachings? What were the liturgical practices such as baptism? What were the conflicts to be resolved?
Our conversation will also include how these stories shape our current practices, liturgy and understanding of the church’s role in society today.
