I would like my child to be led to the Run Around Room at 10:15, where I will pick up for Holy Eucharist. (K - 2nd ONLY)
I authorize the Sunday school teachers to allow my child to leave Sunday school at 10:15 each week to meet me. I understand that when my child leaves the classroom, he/she is no longer under the supervision of the teachers or the church and is my responsibility.

Please note the following on the registration card: On Birthday Sundays, classes K-5th will go to Parish Hall at 10:10 together. At this time, all classes except K/2nd are dismissed and your child is your responsibility. Please meet your child at 10:10 in Parish Hall. The K/2nd will sit together at a table. Once this card is signed and returned to a Sunday school teacher/Sarah Collier, your 3rd through 5th grade child will be allowed to leave the classroom each week at 10:15 am. PLEASE COMPLETE A CARD FOR EACH CHILD.
